These terms apply to directoryassistancegroup.com and to every directory site we operate (together, the "Sites"), and to any featured listing or ad placement you buy from Directory Assistance Group ("we," "us"). By using the Sites or buying a placement, you agree to these terms.

1. Information only

Our guides, calculators and directories are general information, not legal, financial, medical, engineering or professional advice. Rules change and vary by location. Always confirm with the official agency or a licensed professional before acting. Listings are provided by businesses or public sources; we don't endorse or guarantee any listed business.

2. Acceptable use

Don't scrape the Sites in bulk, interfere with their operation, submit false information, or use them for anything unlawful.

3. Featured listings and ads

• Plans are monthly subscriptions in U.S. dollars at the price shown on our Advertise page at the time of purchase, billed in advance through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled. You can cancel any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• You confirm that your listing or ad content is accurate, that you have the right to use any logo or text you send, and that it follows our ad guidelines.
• Placements are labeled "Featured" or "Sponsored." We don't guarantee any number of visits, calls or leads.
• We may decline, edit for length or format, or remove content that breaks these terms. If we remove a placement for a reason that isn't your fault, we refund the unused part of the month.
• Price changes apply only to future billing periods, with at least 30 days' email notice.

4. Intellectual property

The Sites' text, design and tools belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and short quotes with attribution.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The Sites are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
